My journey began working in community education and social work more than 20 years ago. Since then I have worked with women of all ages and life experiences. I have created a range of personal development, career development, leadership and educational programs for women in community, in education and in the workplace, and have been instrumental in gaining funding to support a range of women’s health programs and services.
Today I'm passionate about creating wellbeing programs for women to connect, recharge and rediscover what's important to them. So often we give so much of ourselves away, attending to everybody else’s needs and dreams first.
We always want the best for the people we love, our friends, work colleaugues, communities but as we strive to make others happy, we can lose sight of our own needs by getting lost in ‘busyness’, forgetting to create time for the things we truly love and value!
At worst it can impact our wellbeing leaving us feeling drained, indecisive, and at times uncertain about who we are and what we need to live a fulfilled life.
Taking time out for selfcare through meditation, creativity and personal reflection, strengthens the spirit and quietens the mind. It allows us to tap into our internal wisdom, leaving us feeling inspired, focused and energised to pursue our passions and dreams and be more present for those who we love and value.
It allows us to be the leader and authority of our own lives without needing to seek answers outside of ourselves; enabling us to be the best version of ourselves, so we can continue to influence and inspire those around us!
