Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present. When we are in a mindful state, we are paying attention to our moment-to-moment experience with awareness and acceptance, of whatever is happening.

Through practicing mindfulness we become less reactive to people, circumstances or situations.  We become more aware of our thoughts and emotions and develop new ways of reponding to life's challenges with ease and calm.

Mindfulness has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, anxiety, depression and increase overall wellbeing. It also increases confidence and gives us a feeling of empowerment and freedom.
